In 2016, Al Fajer Facilities Management expanded our Engineering Division to include Textured Paints, a specialised service delivering premium decorative and protective paint solutions for both commercial and residential projects. Our department is staffed by some of the most highly skilled and trained applicators in the region, ensuring expert execution from start to finish.
We undertake textured paint works for a broad range of establishments — from Five-Star and Four-Star luxury hotel suites and commercial buildings to private palaces, villas, and residences — offering finishes that are both durable and visually stunning. Textured paint not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also adds depth, character, and resilience to surfaces, often concealing imperfections and improving long-term performance compared to flat paint.
Our service is delivered as a turnkey solution, beginning with professional consultation and product recommendation aligned with site conditions — such as moisture levels and exposure — through to meticulous application and final delivery.
